VA Decision & Evidence Review Purchase Terms

These Purchase Terms apply to the one-time VA Decision & Evidence Review provided and fulfilled by VBMS Reviewer.
1. Service
One $49 purchase covers one veteran matter and one combined report based only on the PDF records the customer submits. The service organizes information from those records and provides source and page references when available.
2. Scope and limitations
The service does not access VA or VBMS directly, file a claim, represent the customer, provide legal or medical advice, select a decision-review path, calculate a filing deadline, or guarantee any rating, benefit, approval, or appeal outcome. AI-assisted results may contain omissions or errors and should be checked against the source records and discussed with an accredited attorney, claims agent, or VSO.
3. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide records they own or are authorized to provide, include the most recent VA decision letter, and verify the report against the original records. The customer should not submit records for unrelated people or matters under the same order.
4. United States sales
This product is offered only to customers purchasing from the United States. A valid U.S. state and confirmation of U.S. purchase eligibility are required. A non-U.S. billing country may place the order into review and prevent record processing.
5. Payment, access, and delivery
Payment is a one-time $49 USD charge processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout. No subscription or customer account is created. Secure upload access is provided after server-side payment confirmation. The finished report is delivered through a private email link intended to remain available for 30 days.
6. Files and report availability
Only PDF records are accepted. File processing and report delivery are provided by VBMS Reviewer. Exact source-file retention and deletion periods must match the approved Privacy Policy before checkout is enabled.
7. Cancellations and refunds
The final cancellation and refund policy requires owner approval before checkout is enabled.
8. Privacy
Use of the service is also governed by the VBMS Reviewer Privacy Policy. That policy must be approved for veteran purchases, uploaded VA records, private report delivery, and the applicable retention practices before checkout is enabled.
